ibis Köln Frechen

I recently stayed at your hotel and everything was great, from the service to the accommodations. However, I was disappointed to learn about the introduction of a paid parking fee. While I understand the need for parking management, I believe that offering complimentary parking would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.

My husband and I recently spent one night at this hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very comfortable and cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Most importantly, everything was exceptionally clean, just as we expected. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The whole hotel felt very fresh and new. Definitly the best Ibis I have stayed on. I choose this location outside Cologne to have better parking options compared to an hotel inside the city. The parking space was big, for free and close (just outside) the hotel. Beds and the rooms in general was fine! Ventilation and AC was really good which is not always the case in Germany! The hotel bar had good beer options as well as good snacks.

All was nice, we liked the property. Free parking. Nice bedroom. Addition bed for kid. Good price.

Very welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast with everything you would wish for, very comfortable bed (as always with Ibis)
